The design process is a call to action. It is a structured approach for the generation and evolution of ideas. It has five phases that help drive the development, from the identification of a design challenge to the building of a solution. 

The Human Centred Design is a profoundly human approach based on the intuitive capacity for interpretation of what is observed and the development of emotionally significant ideas for the final users.

Uses for the HCD

Human Centre Design - HCD - can be used in different industries and sectors to face a multitude of challenges - from product and services design to the design of spaces and systems, to name a few. The HCD is uniquely placed to arrive to solutions that are desirable, feasible and viable. Once the solutions that are interesting for the community have been identified, there is a process to study how to implement them and how to make them economically viable. It is an action of balance that is fundamental at the time of designing successful and sustainalble solutions. 


Empathic listening and Generative Leadership

This programme offers coaching tools, active listening and Theory U to participants, in order to assist them to develop a leadership style based on actions conducive to self-awareness, listening to others and listening to what is wanting to emerge in the world. 

Participants work on interpersonal communication and empathic listening to facilitate an atmosphere based on trust, cooperation and enthusiasm. Lot of attention goes to creative processes and the space of innovation within groups. 


Art of Hosting

The Art of Hosting is an effective way to take advantage of collective wisdom and the self-organising ability of groups of any size. Based on the assumption that people give energy and resources to what really matters - in life as in work - the Art of Hosting uses a variety of conversational processes to invite people to take control of the challenges they face. 

Groups and organisations that use Art of Hosting as a way of working, report better decision making processes, a more efficient and effective development of skills and a better capacity to respond to opportunities, challenges and changes.
